“The Shoulder offers holistic treatment using a Christian, 12 Step model for men 18 and over who are willing to work outside the facility during the day and return to the residential program in the evenings.”

“The Shoulder believes family involvement is a critical part of overall treatment, and offers two groups; one for clients and family members together, and one for family members alone.”
