Self Description:

“Community based residential treatment program for chemical dependency which is 12 Step based and offers opportunity to obtain work and reintegrate into society.”

Treatment Philosophy:

“To provide a safe, secure and structured environment where sobriety based values of acceptance, honesty and responsibility can be nurtured and developed.”

Approach To Dual Diagnosis:

“We are not a dual diagnosis program. We are able to address dual issues on a case by case basis providing they respond to a low maintenance outpatient referral approach.”

Family Program:

“We have some contact with family members, but no formal program in place.”

Position On 12 Step Involvement:

“12 Step meetings are an integral part of our program. Residents are required to attend a minimum of 5 meetings a week.”

Position on Confrontation:

“Confrontation is important in assisting individuals to accept reality and to be accountable for their attitudes and decisions. We utilize a team approach to confrontation as much as possible.”

Additional Characteristics:

“Our treatment center is located in a quiet, residential community. Programming occurs both within the residential center and at our outpatient facility. The first 5 weeks involve intensive residential treatment. The remainder of the time we function more like a halfway house, where residents are working and reintegrating into the community.”
