“To provide recovery and residential rehabilitation to the indigent, homeless and people living with HIV/AIDS who wish to recover from substance abuse and reintegrate back into the community as productive members.”

“Since 1988 the agency has been providing residential rehabilitation treatment for the multi-diagnosed. The agency also addresses these issues in support groups.”
